My greatest experience in life was when I first was able to distinguish myself from this body I am in. This experience, that happened not so long ago gave me a better realization of the importance of this bodies health and well being. Since that time, I have stopped smoking , slowed drinking and vastly improved my eating habits as well as arriveing at a more satisfying outlook on life. At the age of 80 now,, I can wish I had learned this much sooner but I am thankful to have reached it at this time...any comments? The difficulty I have with tieing who we are to the date and place of birth of an individuals does not co-incide with my thinking. My birthday is 10 20 30. That works out to Oct 20th 1930, That is the day I fell or emerged on this planet as a hunan being,,BUT, the more important date (to me) , is back to the previous month of February where sometime in that month I was made or created. I mean when the race was won by that sperm that met the ovum. That to me is the explosion, the moment of creation, That's where I began my journey. Any opinions?
