I and 23, and just graduated from college, got the job, but have been laid off after only 2 months. I was not given a straight reason of why because it is under the 3 months period. I dont know how to look at this? whether is is my fault or they just dont like me? I am taking this very hard bc it is my first real job. Any advice on how i can look at this.
