Like you I was very interested in hearing about this in What if - before that I&#039;d only heard of it in old books about yogis in India. I like your description of your sprouts - your new pets! (maybe I shouldn&#039;t put it like that, as you wouldn&#039;t want to eat your pets, I imagine).

I agree that most people think of foods so too superficially.  It&#039;s not about numbers like calories or fat grams, it&#039;s about life!
There are a few raw food restaurants in Oregon, too...actually the Boutenkos live in Ashland, Oregon.  I hope more raw restaurants open nationwide.</description>
