Hunter Nuttall interviews me again

I am so honored to be interviewed by the awesome personal development blogger Hunter Nuttall.  And not just once, but twice — he interviewed me last year about my Akashic Record Reading.  This time, it’s all about Ascension soul shift.  Please check it out.  He asked many intriguing questions.

Creating the outlet of your energy

I was feeling as if I was in an invisible energetic tunnel earlier this week.  I could feel tons of energy was building up in me, or on me, and I knew I had to release it somehow. . .  Maybe run a marathon, or at least do some extensive walking.  Or buy something I’d been wanting to get but been putting off.  Something.

And I still put it off.  The weather was cold and windy and the idea of being outside didn’t appeal to me.  There were just so many other things I had to attend to.  And maybe I was a bit affected by the economic news that I became frugal . . .

(. . . drums rolling . . . now comes the “Don’t do this” part . . .)

On Wednesday, the sky cleared up, and I went to Whole Foods.  Still feeling the pent up energy within me.  My Civic was standing at the red light just outside the freeway exit.  And BOM! I got rear ended.  The lady behind me decided it was time to go.

. . . Yeah, I’m okay.  Actually maybe better.  In one clean sweep of energy, that shock literally “shook off” my pent up energy like a big exhale.  I’m a bit inconvenienced (my beloved Civic is in repair for two weeks), but I have a rental car and everything is paid.  The person who run into me was actually quite kind.

But if you get to choose, create your energetic outlet in a more peaceful manner.  Like exercises.  Don’t stand in your own way – you may get a wake-up call that you are in the way.

Gratitude for the spring

This is just the best time in the year that I love so much!  Trees are budding, and the air is sweet.  There is so much light, increasing light.  Do get outside and play with kids and puppies.  If you don’t have kids nor puppies, like myself, no worry – just go to the park and smile, and they’ll come to you.

I understand people in the southern hemisphere are starting to feel the chill.  I lived in Sydney, Australia, for a year, so I feel for them.  So I’m sending my link love to my “down under” blogger friends.

Stay warm, girls.

Okay, it’s a bit short, but I’m off to my daily walk now.  I want to visit the Japanese Garden in Portland downtown soon, too.  (Photo by Mr. Greenjeans)

Glad the pent-up energy has found an outlet, Akemi! And that all is not too drastic. I do the same thing – if I stub my toe or something, I ask myself – what is going on?

Thanks for the mention – it’s actualy really nice to have it acknowledged that we are getting into cooler weather here – so many bloggers seem to forget about the southern hemisphere (sob sob).

    Cheers Akemi!

Hi Akemi, Interesting story about the release of pent up energy – glad you’re ok and that your car will be fixed soon. I can definitely relate to that situation – sometimes I have to just get up and jump up and down a few times or go outside and sprint around the block! This or allowing myself to channel the energy into something creative helps.

Yea for spring! I’ve been meaning to go to the Japanese Garden and Rose Garden too – did not make it out there last year in time to see it in full bloom. I also really love just walking through the neighborhood streets here in Portland to see the big gardens so many people keep.

    Love and Light,

    Robin,
I remember Melbourne was a nice old city, a lot more reserved than Sydney . . . Sydney was like Tokyo, whereas Melbourne was like Kyoto. Well, that was my impression anyway.

    Adrianne,
I just went to Japanese Garden yesterday. If you want to enjoy the flowers, wait for another few weeks. I know the cherry blossoms are coming out around town, but maybe because the JG is located on the hill, they were nowhere close to bloom yet.

It was a well maintained beautiful garden. A bit reserved for my taste — I guess it was designed to show the Zen Buddhist style garden, or what Americans think as it is. Japanese culture actually had a strong feminine undercurrent, and I think it is best to well combine the masculine and feminine taste . . .

    Akemi

Haven’t been checking in with my stats or incoming links so didn’t see this until today. Thanks so much for the shout out and for thinking of me as the weather cools. It’s still quite warm here, but terribly wet this week. We even have floods on the north coast of NSW.

I hope Spring brings you boundless joy and positivity – not that you ever seem to lack these things.

    Kelly
