Gratitude For Healing Water, Online Gratitude Journal #19

gratitude

My homemade healing water report

Back in August, I wrote about the healing water.  Well, more accurately, how to give healing power to regular water by saying “Thank you for restoring me to youth.”  Sorry to keep you waiting, but here is my report.

I saw one physical rejuvenating / healing.  After my birthday in May this year, my monthly period stopped.  It was like my body was saying, “Oh, I’m older.”  I had it very regularly for years, so this was a bit sad.  (Okay, I guess you are wondering my age.  The photo you are looking at on the right is from a little while ago when I was 42.  Yeah, I look younger.  I know.)

Within a month I started saying gratitude to my drinking water, I had my period back, and it’s been coming regularly since.  No menopause.  Pretty good results for just saying gratitude, I guess ^_^

I’m not sure if my hair is going back dark.  I just have grey streaks on the sides, so it’s hard to tell if I have more or less of them.  And I’ve lost a few pounds.

Has anyone actually tried doing this or the other method of making healing water?  How was your experience?  Please let me know – I’m very interested.

And if you haven’t tried it yet – why not give it a shot today?  What do you have to lose?  You drink water every day anyway, can you say “Thank you” to it, please?

Best of spirituality in the blogosphere

I’m planning a resource post that showcases the best articles on spirituality from the blogosphere.  If you write about spirituality, please:

  1. Let me know one or two of your best articles from this year.
  2. Please help me spread the word.

I plan to publish this on Monday, December 22, so the cutoff will be Friday.  I want to make this a great resource for someone who is interested in spirituality but not sure how to proceed, so when you choose your article, please keep this target audience in your mind.  Thank you.

Developing intuition

I’ve been doing weekly check-in with my spirit guide team in addition to our conversation on as-needed basis.  I’ve got to tell you, they know what tough love means!  They work for my highest good, not to brown nose and please me.  This week, I was told to get a life – dress up and go out!  Leave the computer for a while!!  * sigh *

I’m signing because I know they are right.  They push me outside my comfort zone.  They do it step by step in a nice way, though. Again, they love me and work for my highest good.  I’m so — grateful ^_^

This is actually one of the pilot for my new program that will launch in January.  In this program, I will help you develop your intuition in a practical, experiential way by mediating you and your spirit guides.  It’s a 6 week program and while you learn how to distinguish intuition from imagination and how to trust and act on your intuition, you will also be bringing real changes into your life.

As I maintained in this post that I wrote for Pick The Brain recently, intuition is the new approach to make good decision fast.  I’m really excited about this new course because I think it is so helpful – once you learn how to listen to your intuition, you don’t need me.  You can make direct communication with your spirit guides for the rest of your life and keep improving your life.

I’ve been working with a volunteer, too, and everything seems to work really well.  So stay tuned.

Facebook

Finally, I’m on Facebook now.  I find it to be a very friendly place.  I can keep contact with my blogger friends while also communicating with my local and other non-blogger friends.  If you are on Facebook, too, please consider to friend me.

Thank you for reading Yes to Me.  Tons of blessings to you.  (Photo by Mr. Greenjeans)

Akemi, a resourceful post on spirituality is a wonderful idea. I have a link to an interesting page that I didn’t actually write, but would love to submit. May I?

    Christopher,
Thank you . . . I think you might want to ask the writer of the post. . .

HI there. Just to say thank you for an inspiring blog. I have you on my rss reader and always read your posts.

I have been looking to develop my spiritual side for a while now and always seem to come to the same conclusion, I need to learn how to meditate. This is my resolution for next year, along with returning to martial arts practice.

Anyway I’m waffling!! Keep up the good work, you are inspiring.

    Andy,
Thank you for your kind words! Meditation is good. Since I made it a point to meditate every day, it had changed my life tremendously.

    Hi

When I did a bit of reiki, one exercise was to do reiki symbols over your drinking water. I must admit I never tried, but if you look at the work done around the effects of events and words on the structure of water, it must make a difference.

Hi Akemi, thanks for the suggestion. Today, I received written permission to give you the link and will send it to you shortly. I posed my question publicly so that others might consider the option of sending links to pages that address spiritual issues. I’m looking forward to perusing your resource page!

    Juliet,
Well, you might want to actually try it. You don’t know really until you do.

    Christopher,
Thank you. I appreciate your thoughtfulness very much.

    Evan,
    Thanks.

Akemi, I’ve hardly used my facebook account at all. I saw that you invited me to join something, but I clicked a different link and now I can’t find that invitation again. My intuition doesn’t help me navigate through facebook very well, but when I find that page again, I’ll accept!

I’m intensely interested in spiritual healing, my journey of the spirit. Do you know of Dr. Sha’s Soul Power techniques? You will be empowered to heal yourself by using these easy, practical techniques. His book, “Soul Communication” has really influenced by life and I can’t wait for his new book, “The Power of Soul,” which is coming out next month. Every page of his book offers soul wisdom and practices applicable every day, in a joyful manner, to help resolve all kinds of complex life issues.
