Welcome! Here is the guideline.

1. The article must be your original writing.
2. This contribution to Real Life Spirituality is the ONLY time this article appears anywhere, online or offline. If the article has already been published elsewhere, please do not submit it. In other words, you can tell the same story in many different ways. When you do, please make sure the other article is significantly different from the one you submit to me. Google penalizes duplicate contents, and most importantly, it affects your reputation if you mindlessly duplicate articles.
3. The article’s topic must be related to the theme of Real Life Spirituality blog. It should be informative, not just advertising your business or expertise. (This is not to say you shouldn’t promote your business – do talk about your business as it relates to the theme of the article!)
4. The article should be 800 -1200 words in length although I accept longer posts as I see appropriate.
5. In addition to the article, please send me your resource box (that is, your short bio and your picture or logo). This is your opportunity to express who you are.  In addition, I usually link to your website in the introduction part of the post.  You can also include a few links to your website / blog in the article or in the bio.
6. I, Akemi Gaines, reserve the right to edit the articles for readability. I also reserve the right to reject the articles for quality control.
