Knowing that others are going through the same thing is re-assuring. However I find that as I "declutter" my life and "let go of people who suck up my energy" it creates a very lonely environment. Do you have any suggestions and/or advice for coping with the lonely isolating feeling that comes along with it? For the most part I am very content but there are occasions when the lonely isolating feeling is overwhelming. I have been reading a great deal about the events that are currently occurring but no-one seems to address this issue. I also wonder if others feel this way. Hello,
