How To Deal With Negative Souls

June 24, 2010 by Akemi · 21 Comments

I’m not so excited to write about negative souls, or darkworkers. Even though I try to be informative and non-judgmental when I write about them, I receive considerable backlash anyway. And still, it’s a fact at this time of our evolution that there are negative souls, so I think it’s to our benefit to learn how to deal with them.

Who negative souls are

Positive souls evolve toward the Light and receive the vital life energy from the Light Source, which is the only authentic Source of energy, the Source that has brought forth all beings in this universe. (By the way, some people call this Source “God”. That is fine, but right now, let’s not go in there and all the discussions like if there is only one god and what his or her name may be, etc.)

By definition, negative souls have refused to evolve toward the Light at some point. Which immediately put them in energy supply problem. Because they are not evolving toward Light, they do not receive the vital life energy from the Light Source and so they have to scout the energy somewhere else, usually from the people around them.

Because of this, quite a few people have asked me if negative souls / darkworkers are the same with “energy vampires”. Well, not quite. Even positive souls suck up other people’s energy from time to time while some negative souls do it so tactfully you hardly ever feel it.

How to tell if someone is a negative soul

I’ve seen articles that list the telltale signs of energy vampires. Like someone who is always in the drama. Or someone who makes “negative” comments or harbors “negative” feelings. Or someone who tend to be a loner. And so forth.

For me, this kind of checklist means nothing. If a negative soul is so easy to find, like with a simple checklist, life is a piece of cake. Only a really dumb person gets sucked up in that case, right?

I guess I am pretty sensitive energetically, yet I don’t always notice negative souls in my life until I come “very close”. Even then, I only sense something strangely sticky, that’s all. (Of course, if I am reading their Akashic Records, then I’d know for sure.) And the person in front of me may be a model citizen with many friends.

Another way to look at negative souls

Mrs. Jones was listening to the local radio and heard there was a car driving the wrong side of the freeway, make it extremely dangerous. She was so concerned that she called her husband on his cell phone. He said, “It’s not just one car. Everyone is driving against me.”

So, for now, let’s forget about how negative souls may appear. One way to think of negative souls is the joke above.

With driving, it’s obvious when a car is on the wrong side of the road. Plus there are policemen enforcing the law. With souls and energy flows, it’s not so obvious, however. For one thing, there are a solid number of souls going against the authentic flow (perhaps 10 to 15% of the population), so negative souls can form their peer groups to justify their way of living and to feel okay with themselves.

And we are talking about invisible energy flows. It’s quite possible that negative souls themselves don’t know what may be wrong. All they feel is, for some strange reason, there are so many others who are flowing against themselves.

(If you think you know so many “negative souls” in your life, you might want to stop and think here.)

How negative souls cope with life

So being a negative soul is tough. Because of the nagging discomfort they feel at the core, plenty of negative souls make sincere efforts to improve their lives. Some are devoted to charities and other social movements. Some are into healing. It seems to me that they would try everything except the very basic simple thing — to have an honest relationship with the Source and other human beings.

Again, they may have good social life with many friends. Or they may be loners after all. Even though these two types may appear to be opposite types, they are just two ways to cope with the overall sense that “there are many souls flowing against me.” I have the feeling that negative souls are fundamentally lonely even with an impressive circle of friends.

How to deal with the negative souls

My interest in this article is not about identifying negative souls. It’s about how to live with them. We can do this without worrying about who may be negative souls because the way we best deal with negative souls is the way we best deal with anyone.

Love.

Wait, not that fuzzy, mushy love. I’m talking about the fundamental love.

It doesn’t mean we yield to the demands and manipulations of the negative souls. It means we act in our highest path and purpose, regardless of who we may be dealing with.

It doesn’t mean we save others out of the consequences of their acts and their feelings. Let them feel their feelings, negative or whatever. That some feelings are “negative” is only in our judgment. Let them have the consequences while we stand where we are, not away from them, not with them, either.

Let them be who they are. Let them see who they are.

No judgments, no need to change them. Let’s accept that our current evolution is such that we still have them. They are reminders to overall human evolution.

Ironically, this may prompt them to change. Maybe. But again, we cannot force them to change. It’s up to them.

The shield of Love

The point is not them. It’s me. It’s me in the energy of Love. When I am, I see you are me. This condition, surrounded with the light of love, is completely incomprehensible to negative souls. (Heck, it’s only partially comprehensible for me, too, but my spirit guides tell me to wrote this down)

In order for the negative souls to take energy from you, they need to place an energetic hook on your heart chakra. Once this connection is established, they can take energy from you whether you are in their proximity or not.

When you are in the light of love, I don’t think negative souls can even attempt to place the hook on you. So you are safe. Without doing any defensive work.

In conclusion, I acknowledge that my motivation to write this article was not entirely selfless. If more positive souls quit providing energy to negative souls and let them see themselves as they are, it may prompt them to come back to Light. (We can never make them so, we can only do our part that may prompt them to change.)  And less cars driving the wrong direction means safer and more pleasant driving for everyone, including myself.

Memories Of The Womb And Beyond

June 20, 2010 by Akemi · 6 Comments

I am just fascinated to read various articles in Japanese about small children recalling their experiences in the womb. In English, I’ve only read a few of this, so maybe there is a point to introduce it here.

Memories and their expression

If you think babies are just dumb undeveloped beings, you are far off. Their brains are formed long before birth. Fetuses can hear their mothers’ heart beat and their conversation. They have physical sensations like warmth and pain. Because our emotions are caused by chemical changes in the blood, they share emotions with the mother. And as they have functioning brains, we can assume they can process thoughts.

Further, if we expand our understanding to the soul level, there are even more. Souls nurture the unborn babies that they intend to take. These souls have their memories of past lives and the world in between lives.

What babies cannot do, however, is to express all these experiences and memories in language.

So the best time to ask your kids about their womb experiences and beyond is when they are in age two to five. Under two, they remember but have hard time expressing them in a way adults can understand. Around age 5, they start to forget.

Examples of their memories

Let me translate some of the reports I read. Most were posted anonymously. And of course, the original was spoken in the cute kids’ language.

Memories of birthing
“I was wondering how to get out. Then suddenly, someone grabbed me here (pointed her left shoulder) and pulled hard and I was out. It was glare-y.” (The mother says she was born by Caesarian section and that is exactly where the doctor grabbed. She swears no one ever told the child how the operation was conducted.)

(When asked if the birthing was painful to him) “Not much. Just here (pointing the back of his head)” (Again, no one told the kid the baby comes out head first.)

Memories of the womb
“I was wearing a scarf.” (The mother says the X-ray showed the cord was tangled around his neck.)

“I was connected to you. There was a snake. And there was a pillow.” (The snake probably refers to the cord.)

“I was doing this. (gesture of sitting down with arms around the knees)”

Mother: Do you remember me talking to you?
Child: Yes, but you were talking on the phone a lot more often. (The mother worked as a secretary and was on the busy switchboard often.)

“I heard my name called.” (The father talked to the fetus every night at bedtime calling her name. The mother writes that, on several occasions when he didn’t do it, the baby kicked the belly so hard, demanding communication.)

“It was blue and apple green.” (Considering the fetus cannot see — even the newborn cannot see for a little while — this may sound strange. But he may have been sensing a certain quality as color. Or it may have been his soul sensing something. By the way, these are the colors of fifth and fourth chakras.)

Children choose their birth settings

My favorite is the part how they chose their birth settings, like the parents. Obviously, this is beyond the memory as a physical being — it’s the memory of the soul.

Quite a few children, each unrelated, accord in the theme that they were in the sky looking down or looking at their parent. And some say they came to this world by the “slide”.

“You (the mother) were crying and I was watching from the sky. We talked and no one wanted to come, so I came.” (The mother was in fertility treatment for years and was at the end of her rope. She was going to end the treatment and file divorce — and yes, often cried when she was alone.)

“I saw you from the sky. You were smiling, and I liked you.”

Mother: Did you choose me as your mommy?
Child: No, but God pushed me from behind on the slide so I arrived here.

“I wanted to come to granny but I couldn’t, so I came to you.” (The mother admits the child loves to stay with her own mother, the child’s grandmother.)

“(His older brother’s name) told me to come later so we can play again.”

And here is an exceptional recollection by an adult who still remembers:
“We were all together in the sky. We were all kids. We were looking down, and then some made lines to come down. There was also someone who was bigger and lighter. I saw mom and asked this big person to send me to her. He looked difficult and said no. I asked again and again. Finally, another kid spoke up saying it would be okay if he would go there first. So he did.” (She has a brother who is five years older and who always protected her from various difficulties in childhood.)

As you see, it’s not always the parents the child chooses. This is exactly how I see in my Akashic Record Reading. Souls choose the birth setting usually for the parents (the mother or the father or both) but sometimes for other members of the family.

If you want to ask your child…

It seems to be a good idea to choose a relaxing setting, like bedtime, to ask. Don’t be too excited about this — the child will sense it and shy away. Simply ask in the same way you would ask if the child had a good time at a daycare or something.

And don’t judge or invalidate anything they say. As you see in the examples above, some answers don’t make sense immediately (like the color in the womb) and some answers may not sound nice to you. But your child is just sharing their experience.

Some kids prefer to express in a non-verbal way like movement or drawing. And they may already be trying it before you ask.

Let me know if you hear something from your little ones. I think these sharing of the womb memories expand our understanding of what life is.  (Photo credit)

Soul And Higher Self In The Virtual Reality Game

June 14, 2010 by Akemi · 7 Comments

DUKE SENIOR:
Thou seest we are not all alone unhappy,
This wide and universal theatre
Presents more woeful pageants than the scene
Wherein we play in.

JAQUES:
All the world’s a stage,
And all the men and women merely players:
– from “As You Like It” by William Shakespeare

I don’t play computer games, but from what I hear, some games like role playing games seem to make a great analogy to explain the difference and relationship between our souls and Higher Selves.

The Earth Experiment, the virtual reality simulation game

Your Higher Self is the true you. Beyond the Higher Self level, we are not individual any more — we are one. In other words, the Higher Self is the highest form of consciousness we remain as individual.

Our Higher Selves gathered here to participate in this Earth Experiment. It’s an interesting and beautiful experiment in which we incarnate in physical bodies to experience various things.

Now when you play computer games, you cannot be in the game, right? You use your avatar to do various things in the game. When you are really into the game, you may feel you are the avatar, but technically that is not true. You are the player of the game, the avatar is the character in the game.

Likewise, our Higher Selves are not in this virtual reality game. They made their avatars to play the game. Unlike some cheap games, in this Earth Experiment, you get to make your own unique avatar. Your avatar is made after yourself.

Because your Higher Self works like a prototype of your soul, it’s also called the “oversoul.”

And now the game had started. We are so into the game that we “feel” we are in this “reality”. Just like you don’t notice anything (like your spouse calling you for dinner) when you are into playing the game. You are in the world of the game.

But that doesn’t mean the game is your true reality.

Death in the virtual reality game

This game we are playing is a huge, very complex game. Now, when you play computer games, you can stop at some point — like, to have dinner with your spouse. Likewise, we don’t need to complete the game in one shot. In fact, the game is so huge that trying to complete it in one sitting is not appropriate.

So the avatar experiences “death” from time to time. When this happens, the soul goes to the back “room” or “area”. When you want to play the game again, you use the same avatar (reincarnation), but you can choose different settings. Different settings with different faces, but the soul’s learning and growth continues.

Ascension soul shift in this analogy

Some of us have had Ascension soul shift. This is like upgrading the avatar. The new avatar is still made after yourself — your new soul is made after your own Higher Self. Yet it’s a new avatar. (Like, avatar 2.0 — with new ability to jump to higher dimensions! ha ha ^_^).

Some people get confused about Ascension soul shift. They feel as if something takes over “them”. This is simply not the case. You are your Higher Self and upgrading the avatar for more power doesn’t change the big picture.

Some people also asked, “Oh, I thought we are the same souls that live in many bodies, but are you telling the body stays and the soul changes? Like the vehicle stays while the driver changes?” Well, not really. The appearance of the avatar (the body) stays the same in this lifetime, but we can still upgrade the avatar. And whether you have the Ascension soul shift or not, you are ultimately your Higher Self.

Past and future in the virtual reality game

This analogy works well to explain the concept of time. In this virtual reality game, the game unfolds only in one way, from past to present to future. The one-way time rule is made to make the game more fun. It’s not fun if some players keep going back to the past phases to “correct their mistakes”. Plus, there are plenty of opportunities to alter the directions of your path built in at various phases of the game, so you don’t have to worry too much about your past mistakes.

When you make a decision, you are changing the way the game unfolds for you. This way, we are creating our future. At the same time, we can say all the possible futures (and there are many of them — this Earth Experiment game is very complex) are already built in the game. So the future already exist in a way — it’s there for our choosing.

And our Higher Selves, along with our spirit guides and other beings, are free from this time constraint because they are not in the game.

Seeking the purpose of life

So what is the point of this Earth Experiment game?

Some people think the purpose of life is to get what they want, be it a lot of money, wonderful partners and good family life, fame and power, etc. These are all fun things to acquire in this game. (And the effective technique to acquire them is called the Law of Attraction. It serves to learn some basic skills in this game.)

But I think it’s boring to be stuck with my acquisitions. It’s like refusing to move forward in this virtual reality game. What’s the point of sitting in the same screen with a lot of dots?

It seems those who become very wealthy and stay that way are either those who continue to grow in other areas of their lives or those who are spiritually immature. (Nothing wrong with the latter — there will be time when they get so bored that they have to move on. We cannot really resist the unfolding of this game so long. )

Then, is the purpose of life to be happy, ideally, happy for no reason? Joy is certainly a good indicator that we are proceeding in this game. But happiness for happiness’ sake seem oxymoronic.

The ultimate purpose of life

I think the ultimate purpose of life is to complete this game. The game is one thing our Higher Selves chose to do. It is not the end of itself.

Of course, I don’t mean completing it for the heck of completing it. We are playing this game for a good reason. We want to experience this physical world, to have full range of emotions, to create the various things we love.

When will we complete the game? Will it take another thousands of years and many lifetimes? Or is it just two years until 2012? Somewhere in between?

Well, like all things, I think the answer is different for each of us. Some Higher Selves complete the game early and some would take longer. It’s okay. It’s not a competition. You can even choose to play it slow, enjoying every phase of the game.

The nature of our “reality”

Hmm, this analogy of life as a virtual reality game played by our Higher Selves using the souls as avatars seem to work too well. Maybe it’s not just an analogy but is very close to truth?

Does the idea that this life, this “reality” that we perceive on a daily basis, is just a virtual reality game blow your mind? Well, quite a few of us are starting to notice it, though. Here is a post by Hunter Nuttall “Everything’s an Illusion” From the article:

In 1931, Austrian logician Kurt Gödel proved his two incompleteness theorems . . . What Gödel proved is that every formal system of sufficient complexity is either inconsistent or incomplete (or both). That is, it’s either too weak to prove everything it should, or it’s strong enough to prove something it shouldn’t. In other words, there’s a glitch in every matrix. . . If there’s a glitch in every matrix, then what is real? How do you define real?

I highly recommend reading it especially if you are inclined to technical analytical thinking.

And what did Shakespeare really mean by “this wide and universal theatre”? (Photo credit)
